Hey Peeps!
For the last week, traders have alleged that 3Commas, a crypto trading platform, was the source of an API leak that eventually led to nearly $22 million worth of crypto being stolen from users.
Yuriy Sorokin, co-founder of 3Commas, repeatedly denied these rumors and claimed that users must be at fault or it was malware, but refused to take any responsibility.
On December 28th, a hacker posted 100k API keys online, but the leak is no longer accessible.

Later in the day, 3Commas finally confirmed that they were the source of the API key leak.
This tweet was probably very painful for Yuriy to send out after he relentlessly argued with users to defend 3Commas from accusations of API key leaks.
CZ was also on Twitter warning users to disable their API keys as soon as possible.
It is urgent that you remove any API key you entered into 3Commas.
I hope you are not affected by this recent leak/hack.
3Commas sure looks quite ridiculous after they first blamed users and are now finally taking responsibility.
Can we trust anything said by these companies now?
